AMENDED PETITION FOR FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE
1. The Petitioner, Ted Jeczalik requests administrative hearing identifying material facts that are in dispute:
Anna Michalik payments are all current and paid on regular basis.
There is no court order for additional child support payments.
The Petitioner states that he received notice of administrative
complaint on 12 day of October, 2011 by regular mail.
Michalik violated Stipulation in may 2011 between the Petitioner, Ted
Jeczalik and the Respondent, Anna Michalik. This stipulation became
invalid , voided and the respondent violated Florida Statues asking for
additional money from the Petitioner, Ted Jeczalik.
Petitioner does not have any obligation to pay any additional money to
Respondent, Anna Michalik as she violated her Stipulation in May 2011
and any money offered in this Stipulation was not for Child Support.
The Respondent, Anna Michalik receives regular, monthly child support
and is not entitled to any additional claims for more money from the
petitioner submitted to the Court Financial Statements and can not pay
more child support as Florida Statues and tables indicate.
Therefore, Petitioner ask for
Administrative Hearing where all evidence of the Petitioner's evidence
of regular child support payments and Financial Statements can be
verified and evidence showing that the Respondent, submits falls
information to the Florida Department of Revenue.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a copy hereof has been furnished by mail
